Last updated: 2026-08-22. These terms are an agreement between you and HVACTRADE ("HVACTRADE", "we", "us"), the company that develops and sells ASA Tribe Log Bot (the "Software") through this website. By purchasing or using the Software you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, including any applicable taxes.

License

On purchase HVACTRADE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of PCs stated in your plan, for the duration of your plan. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the Software, or share license keys. Keys found to be shared or obtained fraudulently may be disabled.

Subscriptions and renewals

All plans (monthly and yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses sold before September 2026 remain valid, never renew and are not charged again.

Refunds

Any purchase or renewal can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment. See our refund policy.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your license key private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Software, our Discord server, or these terms.

Game rules

The Software reads your screen. Optional features (auto-reconnect, chat send) send keyboard and mouse input to the game and are disabled by default. You are responsible for compliance with the game publisher's rules when you enable them.

No affiliation

ASA Tribe Log Bot is an independent product of HVACTRADE. ARK: Survival Ascended is a trademark of its respective owners. We are not affiliated with Studio Wildcard, Snail Games or Discord.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every log line is captured or that alerts are delivered in time, and HVACTRADE is not liable for in-game losses or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
