How to request a refund
- Reply to your Paddle order email, use the link in it, or contact Paddle support at paddle.net with your order number.
- You can also contact us directly — in our Discord server (
#support→ Open a ticket) — and we will submit the refund for you. - Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the link in your Paddle receipt; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. A renewal charge can be refunded within 14 days like any other payment.
After a refund
Once a purchase is refunded, the license key from that purchase stops working.
