Every line of your console's Tribe Log becomes a colour-coded Discord embed with a cropped picture of the log. Serious events go to a #raid-alerts channel with an @mention.
When things pile up — "3 deaths within 5 minutes" — the bot joins a voice channel and plays a siren. Raid spam collapses into one message with a counter instead of flooding the channel.
The reader is a small Windows app. A console can't run it and exposes no data feed, so the console's picture has to reach a Windows PC. Pick whichever matches your setup — everything after that is identical.
