If the servers are up but you still can't connect
- Update the game. After a patch, an out-of-date client can't join. Verify files in Steam / re-launch from Epic or the Store.
- One server vs all. If this page shows thousands of players but your server isn't in the list, that one server is restarting — check back in a few minutes.
- Your connection. Restart your router; try a different network to rule out your ISP.
- Official maintenance. Wildcard takes the network down for updates. When the list here shows zero, it's their side and everyone is affected.
